Directions:

1) As often as possible, apply Avril certified organic hand cream  by massaging your nails (cleansed!) And your cuticles for a long time. This activates blood circulation and penetrates the active ingredients contained in the cream.

2) Gently file your nails always in the same direction to avoid splitting them.

3) Cut them with the Avril nail clipper only when they are dry (not after the shower!) Otherwise the cut will not be neat. Avoid keeping them too long, the shocks weaken them.
